I can not believe this Birthday will be the fourth since we met. Your one of my favorite artists and a loving and loyal friend who shares joy, tears, laughter and fears. You make cats that drink magical potions and pull disappearing acts..such is the case for Natasha and Boris..invisible siblings! On accident of course! I love you and the fabulous, creative and enticing characters you bring to life..and of your creation and imagination. Your sets are exquisite and most importantly your heart is every bit as beautiful, full of love and strength.

I don't want to feel. I want to numb out and make the pain and flashbacks/ switching vanish. Presto! Magic! Gone. Chocolate acts like a drug for me and gets me high. While I might not have used other substances for a few twenty fours, and life is completely different from early recovery, how can I even claim to be in recovery at all if I have just switched addictions? Chocolate is my new heroin, and the worst part is it is completely socially acceptable, and doesn't carry the same risks. It's a spiritual suicide. Self harm, self sabotage. Self centered fear, the core of the disease.

Reaching out to all, especially long time supportive friends whom we have known over three years now. took a huge break from poly and missed yous all too much!
